I want to share that Stephens & Stevens PLLC law firm in West Palm Beach, FL is an amazing firm with extremely competent lawyers who actually care about their clients. Hard to find these days. I really appreciated the way Gina handled my divorce. She was very clear and professional with regard to how things are handled or distributed such as life insurance policies, houses, property, retirement accounts etc. Her and her office staff were attentive and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Eddie Stephens came highly recommended yet has managed to surpass my expectations of him. I hired Eddie to represent me on my petition for an Injunction, a case I wanted handled expertly and swiftly. The preparation for my case was thorough. Eddie and his Paralegal Emily kept me up to date and made sure that I knew every step being taken by both sides. Caryn represented me (the wife) in my divorce and my ex-husband represented himself. I wanted this to be as easy as possible on both my ex and I. Caryn took the reigns on all the legal stuff but let me drive the negotiations. She advised me on what would be achievable if I ended up in court and helped me craft the language in all of our agreements to make it palatable to my ex, give me what I wanted, and keep me OUT of court. She was on my team (and the kids’ team) and we did right by everyone involved. She got my divorce over the finish line without any animosity between my ex and I. I couldn’t be more grateful. I will absolutely recommend her to anyone needing a divorce attorney!!

Caryn helped me during my prenup process with my fiancé. She was thorough, efficient, and communicated every detail from the other party, keeping me in the loop at all times. Gina Szapucki takes what she does very seriously and does it to the best of her ability. She did everything in her power to accomplish the best outcome in our case. She never made the decisions, but educated us to provide guidance to make the best decisions on our own. She is very patient and reasonable.
